1. Effective this date, the White Pass and Yukon Route is returned to civilian operation and management. The civilian organization will be responsible for the use and maintenance of the buildings and equipment used in conjunction therewith.

2. Effective this date, General Orders number 17, this headquarters, dated 24 October 1944 as delegates Captain Daniel C. Huff, O-1577338, TC, authority as Deputy Contracting Officer, White Pass & Yukon Railroad, is hereby revoked.
