GENERAL STANDARDS

1. All persons involved in the track construction at Mile 40 shall have read and understood these specifications to insure a high quality finished track structure and to prevent any confusion or blunders during the track construction.

2. Prior to track construction the cut existing between station 22+00 and station 26+00 will have to be cleaned out with a front end loader or cat. During this operation care must be exercised so that the subgrade is not raised with spill material.

3. The general appearance of the right of way shall be kept clean and neat. This reflects good housekeeping and gives an impression of overall efficiency in the operation of the road.
